Our aerial bartending experience includes two professional aerial performers, our freestanding lollipop aerial stage, setup and breakdown, aerial beverage pouring, guest interaction, and entertainment throughout the scheduled service time. Styling and additional entertainment options can also be customized for your event.

The client, venue, or catering company provides the champagne or beverages and appropriate glassware. CaroLyra provides the professional performers, specialty aerial stage, entertainment, setup, and breakdown.

For planning purposes, we recommend approximately a 5.5 ft × 5.5 ft level performance area with approximately 11 ft of vertical clearance for a lollipop aerial setup. Additional clear space around the stage is preferred for safe performance and comfortable guest interaction. We coordinate placement with the client or venue before the event to make sure the selected area is appropriate.

No. Our lollipop aerial stage is freestanding, so a ceiling rigging point is not required. This allows aerial bartending to be offered at many hotels, ballrooms, wedding venues, private residences, corporate spaces, and outdoor event locations.

No. Champagne and sparkling wine are popular choices, but other suitable beverages can be incorporated depending on your event and venue. Non-alcoholic beverages can also be used for the same interactive aerial pouring experience.

Our aerial bartending stage typically takes approximately 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to break down. We coordinate timing and placement in advance so the entertainment can be incorporated smoothly into your event schedule.

Yes. CaroLyra works with experienced professional aerial performers and maintains insurance for our aerial entertainment services. We can coordinate venue requirements and performance details in advance when needed. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request when required by the venue.

CaroLyra provides aerial bartending and aerial champagne service for events throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding Southern California areas. Travel to additional locations may also be available depending on the event.
